The location is perfect as it is located near the seaside.
The room & bathroom were narrow and different with the photos in the website. Linen was not clean enough. Although I got there in April, but there was no heating. Electric concenters were not enough and difficult to access. Additionally, breakfast does not have various soorts, just few kinds. Parking place was terrible. Finally, the employees are not interested in customers. They do not smile and too late to come if I call them.

The room was not according to the offer - thre was no air conditioning. It is rather three star hotel, not four star!

We recently stayed at Aurora Family & Spa and had a fantastic experience. the hotel is located right on the beach promenade in a popular bathing town. the upscale hotel offers a nice beach, as well as a pool and spa area for relaxation. the breakfast provided was very good and the a la carte restaurant served delicious food. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a big balcony. we found the hotel to be in a perfect location, close to shopping, attractions, and the sea. The value for money was also great, considering the amenities and services offered.

Location was good. Hotel reception staff friendly.
This is not a 4 star hotel by far, 3 stars at best.

Hotel very close to the beach and in the same time in the heart of the city.Hotel is new and modern so rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant has a large menu and plenty of choices for breakfast. The employees are nice. Spa wellness has a large choice of treatments. It's a "nothing special" new hotel with a standard modern equipment- nothing more and nothing less.
I think that 80% of price is actually for the location-close to the beach and in the city center, as the hotel on itself is not that impressing. Balcony is never cleaned up so if you want to sit down on the chairs you have to wash them first as they're very, very dirty- it's really a shame! On the other hand spending time on the balcony is useless as all the rooms with a balcony have a view on abandoned hotel and trash cans. Changing room in the swimming pool is poorly designed - a very small space to get undressed and if someone opens the door to the swimming pool or to the spa hall you're fully exposed as there's no place to "hide". Parking is really annoying- not many parking space and every time you're going out you have to call a technician as you cannot open the door to the garage on your own.

I really got good value for my money at Aurora Family & Spa. The room was clean and nice, with a fridge and a great sea view from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to the beach, pier, funfair, and restaurants. The staff treated me well, with quick reactions to any requests and a friendly attitude.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

We had a great time at this bustling hotel. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from the lively town and stunning beach. The pool area was impressive, with a large pool for laps and a kids' pool with two slides. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options.
We could hear noise from other guests and the hallways. The reception staff could have been friendlier.

We loved being on the beach promenade and so close to the nicest beach in the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-kept, and we appreciated the parking option. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The staff was professional and courteous, making our stay enjoyable.
Don't have any issues at all.

Located on the beach promenade, this hotel provides easy access to the town's popular beach. With a central location, it's easy to explore the town's many options for dining and entertainment. Guests can enjoy the pool and spa area, and the breakfast offers plenty of choices. the private beach has comfortable seating available to relax.
Some of the service provided by the staff was not up to par.

Enjoyed being close to the beach. The breakfast had a good selection of food. Also appreciated having a fridge in the room, which was handy for keeping drinks cold.
The hotel was very outdated, and the rooms were in poor condition. There were also issues with the gym equipment not working and the Wi-Fi being out for several days during our stay. Not worth the high price for such basic standards.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was so close to the most beautiful beach in town. The sand was soft and clean, and the water was crystal clear. It was truly a beach lover's paradise.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
